GCH Services, LLC is operated by Mr. William Tresky, who began his aviation career 31 years ago when he enlisted in the Army as a helicopter mechanic/crew chief.  Subsequently he received a BA in Business Administration from Austin Peay University, TN and received a ROTC commission as a 2nd LT in the Transportation Corps in 1980.  Upon completion of Flight School at Ft Rucker and the Maintenance Test Pilot course he began his long military career with his first assignment to the 1st Infantry Division, Ft Riley, KS. Subsequent assignments included Korea and Germany.  During his assignment to Germany he participated in Desert Storm/Shield as a UH-1/AH-1 maintenance test pilot/ PIC flying over 150 combat hours.  Upon his return from Desert Storm he elected not to remain on active duty and separated and joined the Army Reserves.

After 24 years of Active and Reserve service Mr. Tresky retired as Major.

During the years that he was in the Reserves he flew commercially with Colombia Helicopters and was in the civil service as Cost Accountant and Contract Specialist. It was during those years that he decided to pursue his goal of providing aviation services to civil and government organizations.

He founded GCH Services, LLC as GCA International in 1997 and was awarded his first government contract to provide ground support services to the Air Force at Pago Pago, American Samoa. With that small beginning his company started to receive multiple awards providing aviation services and security – Guam. Iraq, Germany, Arizona, California, Nevada, Ohio, S. Carolina, Virginia, to name a few locations.  During the same time and in 2004 GCH received its FAA Part 135 & 133 operating certificates.  He is active in all aspect of the company operation and is a commercially rate pilot.
