Gold Coast Helicopters is located at Glendale Municipal Airport (GEU) within and underlying the Class B - Phoenix Controlled Airspace.  The Glendale Airport is a controlled and towered airport. Training is conducted on airport and in the local vicinity exposing the student to a wide variety of flying challenges.

With Phoenix Sky Harbor International, Airport (PHX) within 10 minutes, learning to fly here and in the surrounding area will develop your radio communication skills and instill the confidence to operate safely in all environments.

It is our policy to give the student the most comprehensive training in the widest possible area. To meet the cross country requirements we allow students to plan overnight trips to places as far as Flagstaff, Tucson, and Las Vegas.

The weather in the Phoenix area offers excellent year round training exposing you to a wide variety of environmental factors.

The Glendale Airport is home to one the valley’s best café in the terminal.  Of course within driving distance is a multitude of various eateries.

“The Pilot Shoppe” owned by our parent company, GCH Services, LLC. is a completely stocked store catering to students, pilots, aircraft owners. All your piloting needs are stocked with an emphasis on insuring you have what you need to complete your training. Enrolled students at Gold Coast Helicopters are given a 10% discount on instructional supplies in out Pilot Shoppe.
